1. Perishable Products

 

Due to the artisanal and food safety nature of our business, items with an expiration date less than one (1) month from the date of purchase are not eligible for return or refund for personal dissatisfaction. This is necessary to ensure the hygiene and quality for all our customers.

 

2. Non-Perishable and Return-Eligible Products

 

For any other item (such as merchandise, gift items, or products with long shelf life) to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: You must notify us and send the item back within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

• Condition: The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Process: Contact our customer service team to obtain a free shipping label for your return.

 

3. Quality Guarantee: Damaged or Defective Products

 

At Mamá Chedes, quality is our priority. If your products arrived:

• Damaged by transport.

• In poor condition or contaminated.

• Different from what you ordered.

Contact us immediately. We will be happy to send you a free replacement at no additional cost to you, regardless of the product's expiration date. To help us improve our service and process your claim, we will request a photograph of the damaged product.

 

4. Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
